RED Urban Square was founded in 2015 by entrepreneurs Antonio Orozco and Susana Zermeno.
Antonio was trained as an architect and later on, he completed a masters in Real Estate Development at Columbia University in New York. He acquired extensive experience in Real Estate Development under large Real Estate Development companies before founding RED Urban Square.
His experience ranges from conceptual design, international acquisitions, due diligence, financing, project and asset management to project and construction risk management. With more than 50 real estate development projects under his belt, he is currently RED Urban Square’s CEO (Chief Entrepreneur Officer).
Susana is RED Urban Square’s co-founder. She is the mind behind RED Urban Square’s interior design. She leads all the marketing efforts and has curated the interior design of several projects.
